	Hyperlinks are marked with arrows. By clicking you will move to another spot of the current or a different page. In some cases a selectionfield comes up.
	On the left side you see our navigation bar, which enables you to do a quick jump to all the topics of our web-site.
	If you are connected to the internet with on lower bandwith, you do not need to wait until the complete page is loaded. You may use any hyperlink even before the page is compleately loaded.
